Twelve weeks of noise, forty weeks of near-silence. Both are the point.
International desk — one advisor answers every Saint-Tropez & Ramatuelle inquiry
Saint-Tropez is misread from the outside. In August the port is exactly what the photographs suggest; the rest of the year it is a small Provençal town with a bakery queue and an empty beach. Owners buy for both halves. The peninsula behind it is where the houses are — Ramatuelle above the Pampelonne beaches, the vineyard land around it, and the hillside plots looking back over the gulf. Property runs to walled villas with pools, pool houses and gardens designed for outdoor living, plus a smaller supply of village houses inside Saint-Tropez itself, which almost never come up. This is also the strongest weekly-rental market in France, which matters if you intend the house to work when you are not in it.
They are live in our search today, and a specialist can send the current shortlist - including the homes that never reach a public page.
Tell us what the house is for and what you have already ruled out. We will tell you what is actually available, including what is not on a public page.
We reply to every inquiry personally. No automated drip, no list sale.
