Known for its unspoiled beauty, Anguilla is considered one of the Caribbean’s most coveted luxury destinations. As interest in this British Overseas Territory rises and new development takes shape, we are excited to welcome Christie’s International Real Estate Anguilla to the network.
The new firm is led by Dominique Silvera, a veteran Caribbean broker with over 25 years of experience and $350 million in career sales. Dominique is also the founder and chairman of Christie’s International Real Estate Barbados.
In addition to serving individual homebuyers and sellers on the island, Christie’s International Real Estate Anguilla has been awarded the exclusive sales and marketing assignment for Port Nimara, the island’s first superyacht marina development. The project will include 118 berths for vessels up to 260 feet, along with a five-star hotel and luxury residences including beachfront villas.
Christie’s International Real Estate Anguilla looks to capitalize on the new marina and its proximity to St. Barths and St. Martin – two other exclusive Caribbean destinations. Meanwhile, the island already attracts international buyers with its pristine beaches, privacy, and residency-by-investment program.
