A total area of approx. 79 ha of which 48 ha of AOC Bordeaux/Entre-Deux-Mers/Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux vines and approx. 9 ha of vines under 'fermage' a farming lease contract, giving a total of approx. 57 ha of planted AOC vines. The average age of the red vines is about 25 years and about 17 years for the white vines.
