Currently the estate produces exclusively Bordeaux Supérieur red wine with a consistent quality and critical acclaim. The vineyard is in good condition and is regularly replanted and restructured.
The estate has a good infrastructure with functional farm buildings of approx. 441 m² in good condition; vat room, bottle storage wineries, equipment shed, storage phyto products; 1 registered brand name, domain names, website, equipment, and one permanent member of staff.
The domain is centred on a charming historic chateau/manor house (habitable but in need of renovation) of 596 m², in addition there is a large adjoining refectory with dovecote and horse box with equestrian arena.

The estate is ideally situated at the gateway to the Entre-Deux-Mers region, less than 15 minutes from Saint-Emilion and less than 20 minutes from the Bordeaux ring road, in an area where the flagship wines of the Bordeaux appellation are concentrated; it is private and rural making the setting and location rare.
