Incorporating landscaped areas and the panoramic views of the grounds and sea, the pool is the focus for entertainment, linking the bedrooms with the master suite and the dining pavilion. A water feature by the dining pavilion circulates water for the pool while covered terraces and sundecks provide plenty of space for guests to relax, with the choice of sun or shade.

Master Suite

Extending to over 1,100 sq ft, the master suite features the master bedroom and seating area, bathroom, closet and office. The twin folding doors open to the extensive terrace with roof overhang providing both shaded and sunny areas. Panoramic views of the ocean, islands and sunset provide a spectacular backdrop to the master suite. Each bedroom suite features an en-suite bathroom with travertine floors and glass tiles, new fixtures and bespoke vanities. New windows and folding French doors were selected for smoother indoor-outdoor living to complement the airy, fresh and natural design, while raised ceilings and ceiling fans encourage a blend of seamless outdoor living.

From the boulder fields along the rear and northern boundaries to the open grass areas closer to the beach, the eighteen acres of grounds provide a backdrop for guests exploring the many pathways leading from the main house to the beach. The grounds are filled with mango, almond, starfruit and cashew trees and a diverse range of native and exotic plants, many of which are grown at the on-site nursery.
