Victoria Parmentier

Vicky began her career in Real Estate in January of 2013 after having been a frequent visitor to and homeowner in the Harbour Island area for the previous 15 years. A well rounded and connected business and professional woman with a long year history in the Financial and Legal Sectors in Nassau, Bahamas, she was naturalized as a citizen of The Bahamas in 1973, Born in New York City; she attended City College of the City University of New York and Ecôle La Combe, in Switzerland before relocating to the Bahamas and studying law as an apprentice. Vicky has enjoyed a long career as Private Banker and Bank Manager having worked with Lloyds Bank, Royal Bank of Canada and Citibank and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. A focus of her studies and experience with title issues and fixed asset management resulted in a deeper understanding of Real Estate matters and led the way to her real estate career.

Vicky spends time between Harbour Island and her home in Whale Point Eleuthera and is quite familiar with opportunities in that area as well as those on Harbour Island in both the Sales and Rental markets. Her capabilities with the Spanish, French and Italian languages enhance our team's communication alternatives, she is a very valuable member of our team.
