Travis Delva

Travis W. Delva is one of the newest sales experts at The Bahamas' oldest and most reputed real estate firm.

Travis has been enamoured with this burgeoning sector for as long as he can remember. As a youth, he spent hours watching HGTV's House Hunters with his mother, fostering his aspirations for luxury living. When combined with his passion for hospitality, Travis’ path to H.G. Christie’s was set.

Since kindergarten, Travis has always prioritized his education. Graduating as senior “Head Boy” at Saint Anne’s School, he furthered his studies at Johnson & Wales University (JWU) where he rocked the North Miami campus. Immediately recognized by the student body and university executive team, Travis was elected Vice President (2016) and President (2017) of the Student Government Association. In 2017 he completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel & Lodging Management, with a minor in Sports, Entertainment & Event Management. Simultaneously, Travis attained his Associates in Human Resource Administration before graduating with honors and receiving the Dr. Eugene K. Burns Alumni Award, highlighting his outstanding commitment to community outreach and educational development. 

Prior to re-entering the hospitality industry, Travis began pursuing his Master’s in Finance. Concurrently, he became the Front Office Manager in Training at Harbour Island’s Pink Sands Resort after 4 dedicated years as a Management Trainee for Sandals Resorts International. His reputation as a dedicated team player and competent manager landed him an opportunity to showcase his skills at Rosewood Baha Mar. He accepted a position as Assistant Front Office Manager, where he was recognized as the associate’s choice for Top Manager during his full tenure. 

Travis’ baptism to the real estate industry began when he accepted an offer as Baha Mar’s Residential Sales & Marketing Manager. Travis was then presented with an offer from one of HG Christie’s top listing agents to be an Apprentice & Sales Assistant, solidifying his destiny to become a real estate agent. 

Beyond his profession, Travis is a companion of nature and peace. He basks in the outdoors, enjoying moments beneath the sunlight at any shoreline. A testament to his consistent optimism and tranquil disposition, he considers it his duty to put smiles on the faces of anyone that comes into contact with him.
