Paula Lorentzen

From a young age, Paula's passion for real estate in the Virgin Islands was ignited when she purchased a beautiful beachfront property in Haulover Bay on St. John at the age of 21. This marked the beginning of her enduring love affair with the real estate industry. Subsequently, she acquired a sensible house in the Estate of Wintberg on St. Thomas, while her parents owned a home in West End, Tortola.

In 1983, under the guidance of Broker and Real Estate Developer Arthur Witty, Paula obtained her Virgin Islands Real Estate License. Mr. Witty was renowned for his development of prominent condominiums such as Sugar Mill Hill and The Pinnacle on St. Thomas. Paula actively participated in the pre-sales and completion of both projects during the early 1990s. Her commitment to professional growth is evident through her attainment of the Graduate Realtors Institute designation (GRI) and the Certified Residential Specialist designation (CRS) from the National Board of Realtors (NAR).

Beyond her real estate endeavors, Paula owned and operated Rosendahl Riding Ring, a respected establishment that housed the St. Thomas Pony Club and was affiliated with the Virgin Islands Equestrian Federation and the Virgin Islands Olympic Committee. Additionally, she has been a valued member of the St. Thomas Yacht Club since 1992.

Paula's dedication to her family is evident through her daughters' educational achievements. Ursula attended Joseph Sibilly School and graduated from Antilles School on St. Thomas before earning her degree from Wesleyan University in Connecticut. Bridget, born in St. Thomas, attended The VI Montessori School and graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2013.

With her vast knowledge and experience, Paula eagerly awaits the opportunity to assist both old friends and new clients in realizing their dreams of property ownership in the Virgin Islands.
