Meet Kelsey

Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Kelsey's journey to the Virgin Islands began in 2005 when she started crewing boats during the summers. After earning a BS in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Virginia Tech, she pursued a career in event planning in Washington, DC. However, her love for the ocean and the Caribbean lifestyle beckoned her back. In 2015, Kelsey made the bold decision to return to the islands.

Through her own experiences, Kelsey has gained invaluable knowledge of the dos and don'ts of living in the Virgin Islands. Her greatest joy has been sharing the beauty and joy of island life with others. Real estate, with its blend of customer service and island living, was a natural fit for her passion. In 2020, Kelsey had the privilege of being mentored by Chuck Gidley, the esteemed real estate professional of Water Island, who imparted his wealth of knowledge.

Living on an island with a close-knit community of just 100 people, Kelsey deeply cares about her community and the preservation of island culture. Her goal is to help anyone seeking a home in the islands find their own slice of paradise. With her charisma, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to understand her clients' needs, Kelsey is an exceptional agent known for her trustworthiness and diligence.
