Jerry Lewless was born in Nassau, spending his time between the Bahamas and Florida for the last several decades. With his two children now in university, he will have transitioned back to the Bahamas full time by the summer of 2023.

Jerry spent the first 10 years of his professional career leading sales and marketing efforts for public traded resort developers. After a successful nine years with Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Jerry formed a real estate development and brokerage firm in Winter Park, Florida which expanded into a full-service operation specializing in maximizing revenue for residential, mixed-use real and luxury resort estate projects.  During the last 18 years Jerry has developed, brokered or managed over $3.5 Billion in assets, US, Bahamas and Mexico, while building strong alliances with strategic partners in these markets. Jerry has submitted more than $600,000,000USD in offers in Florida and over $400,000,000BSD in the Bahamas within the last 18 months including leading his clients efforts to acquire the Grand Lucayan Hotel and Resort.

 

Specialties: Real Estate Acquisition, strategic planning, market studies, asset underwriting, sales/marketing plans with corresponding budgets, HOA structuring where we take the lead of the execution of real estate business strategies necessary to maximize our clients return on investment with a strong focus on yield management with an emphasis on sales and marketing.

 

Jerry possesses both USA and Bahamian citizenship.

He is a past member of the Nassau East Rotary, S.K.A.L. and Nassau Yacht Club in the Bahamas as well as holding a Florida Real Estate Brokers License since 1992.

Jerry attended the University of Florida where he studied Economics.
