Anne Bethel

Anne was raised in the heart of New York City. She attended Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts and in 1985 graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts. Shortly after she packed her entrepreneurial and artistic talents and followed her heart to Eleuthera, Bahamas where she has lived and worked ever since. Since moving to the Bahamas, Anne has owned and operated several successful businesses including a restaurant, a cottage industry organic farm/plant nursery to a retail cleaning supply store. Anne also worked for several years as a draftsman and project manager for a local architect where she was able to gain a thorough understanding of construction to fit the varied landscape and environment of the Bahamas. Anne discovered her interest and natural talent in real estate when she started to manage several privately owned homes. Property management coupled with her knowledge of construction and service industry skills gives Anne a unique insight into buying property in the out islands of the Bahamas. Over twenty years of living on and exploring the beauties of Eleuthera gives her an in depth understanding of both the real estate and history of the island. Anne has been a Real Estate sales associate and a member of The Bahamas Real Estate Association (BREA) since 2005. She is now a member of the sales team and an appraiser at HG Christie LTD.
