Anna Adair

For Anna Adair, St. Thomas was love at first sight. Originally from St. Simons Island, Georgia, Anna knew that her love of water and warmer climates would lead her to the Caribbean one day. So, it was no surprise when she signed on as first mate and chef on a charter yacht out of St. Thomas in 2003 (though it may be a bit of a surprise that she later married Jay, the captain). Eighteen years ago, Anna discovered her passion for helping others make St. Thomas their home when a local company recruited her to evaluate, acquire, and renovate homes for its executive team. Later, Anna became a Certified Home Staging Professional (CSP), merging her love of real estate and interior design. When Anna and Jay went through the process of purchasing their first home in 2015, Anna realized that becoming a real estate agent was her calling. Seven years later, she is a top-producing agent offering her clients in-depth knowledge of the St. Thomas real estate market, focusing on high-end properties, including villas and luxury condominiums. Anna’s clients include those seeking to make the island their full- or part-time residence and investors interested in adding income-producing properties to their investment portfolios. Anna recognizes and values her clients’ trust in her, and she strives every day to exceed their expectations.
